International Trade Commission statement:
The United States International Trade Commission (USITC) voted to institute an investigation into certain wireless communication devices, music laptops and data processing devices, computers and their components. The products at the center of the investigation are Apple iPhones, iPods, iPads and personal computers.
The investigation is based on a complaint filed by Motorola Mobility […]on August 17, 2012.
We have already talked about this process initiated by Motorola (a Google subsidiary): 1, 2. The ITC has confirmed that it will investigate, which does not mean that Apple is guilty. In 45 days the commission will take a stand again.[[FOSS Patents]
